That means that the 80 is more like 100! Can at least 80 of it disappear by December 31, 2016? That's .22 pounds per day, or a little over a pound in 5 days or 1.53 pounds per week. It sounds doable! Therefore, next Monday's scale should tip in at 234.3. OK, let's go for it!
A trip to the grocery is in order to get the food needed to keep me on track. Today my housekeeper comes and she'll take anything that is fattening out of here! We are also doing a major overhaul on the kitchen - all old cooking pots and pans are going OUT - and I have a new set to be un-boxed. All the old ugly dishes are going OUT - I have a new set to be placed in the cupboard. The pots/pans and dishes are beautiful and every time I utilize them I shall be reminded to only partake in foods that will lead to a new and beautiful me.
In the meantime - today's breakfast will be two boiled eggs and toast, one cup of milk. I did a little calorie research - breakfast calories = 400.
For my height, weight, and activity level, in order for me to lose what we figured above, my daily caloric intake can be between 1450 to 1650. This can be doable!
Lunch will be tuna salad on one slice of bread. Approximately 524 calories
As I won't be making it to the grocery today, dinner will consist of vegetable soup with a dessert of a fresh pear. Calories - 181
Total caloric intake for planned day = 713. OK, I'll take that - that leaves me a little for a glass of wine at the end of the day. When I get the munchies today, I'll just drink water to stave it off.
Tomorrow, stock up on fresh veggies and some fruits. I'll do a little research later today on diet-friendly meals and make a list up from that. I'll share what I come up with with you all tomorrow.
