Good Evening! As to the diet, I stayed on track today - same stuff as usual. It's starting to sound like a broken record. Cereal, pears and cottage cheese, leftover chicken, mushrooms, zucchini for dinner. Right around 800 calories.
It's a short post today as my daughter came down today and we went through OLD stuff in the shed. Some things I gave to her and we ran across a LOT of old photos. Very busy day!
As today's post is so short, I'll share one of the photos. This is my family. Mom and dad in the front. Us three sisters in the back. I'm on the left - blonde with short hair and black dress. I'm the oldest. The middle one in the picture is the middle sister, 2.5 years younger than me, and the one on the right, the youngest, 11 years younger.
This picture is again serving as an inspiration to me. This was about 10 years ago at my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary. I believe I can get back to looking like this! Persistence! YES!
Meanwhile, tomorrow is weigh in day! Once again, the anticipation is killing me! Will advise first thing tomorrow! Sure am hoping it's going to be a good one!
