My luncheon appointment for today has rescheduled for next Monday, so a friend of mine came over to visit.
This morning's breakfast consisted of Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal - 170 Calories and 1/2 Banana 53 Calories
Total breakfast = 223 Calories
My friend arrived for lunch and she had two bowls of my chicken cabbage soup which I made earlier this week. I, on the other hand, chose to finish up the second half of yesterday's salad.
Total lunch - 537 Calories
We enjoyed a snack of smoked salmon and crackers while we enjoyed a couple of movies. I behaved real well and ONLY had four. But the calories add up fast!
Snack - 210 Calories
Finally, I have a new coffee maker! And we decided to make iced coffees. She likes hers iced and I like mine blended. She had brought along No Sugar/No Fat Ice Cream! I used Truvia for my sweetener. As far as they know thus far Truvia is a safe alternative and does NOT have any calories. As far as I can tell, my coffee drink - made by ME - had only 80 calories! That's great and it tasted every bit as good as the drinks I used to get at that huge chain coffee house.

Total Calories for Today - 1050
Yikes! First time I broke into the 1,000's for a day. Made me kind of sad, even though my normal caloric intake is between 1400 and 1600 per day to lose my minimum of 1.5 pounds per week. I'm STILL on track! YAY!
Tomorrow is a very special day, as I mentioned before. Celebration lunch for my daughter's birthday! We'll enjoy Teppan Yaki! I'll definitely have some great pictures to share tomorrow! Really looking forward to it!
